CITRUS PARK - Students in Michael Decker's second-grade class at Deer Park Elementary joined in on the holiday spirit during Holiday Craft Week.
Together the students created ornaments, picture frames and specialized tote bags to give their parents as gifts. The entire school took part in the event with the help of the Parent Teacher Association.
Alison Myers, assistant principal, said students even decorated brown paper bags to use as gift wrapping paper.
