LUTZ - More than 160 vendors will be peddling arts and crafts at the Holiday Boutique at St. Timothy Catholic Church.
The one-day bazaar features crafters, artists, jewelry makers, photographers, wood carvers and anyone with something to sell.
The festival runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday on the church campus at 17512 Lakeshore Road off Van Dyke Road. Indoor and outdoor booths will be set up throughout the church property.
Fran Shealy, chairwoman of the fundraiser, said the craft fair is celebrating its 20th year and attracts hundreds of bargain hunters from throughout the Tampa Bay area.
"It's big," she said. "People know it's there."
This year also marks a different name for the annual event. Organizers have dropped calling it a craft fair to encompass the variety of sellers.
"There are an awful lot of unique things that people bring. In the earlier years, if you didn't make something, you couldn't sell something," she said.
Shealy said there will be vendors offering kitchen tools, candles, plants, cosmetics, Tupperware, and cutlery.
Proceeds from the fundraiser, organized each year by the church's women's club, will raise money to build a youth center for the church.
The women's club will be selling homemade baked goods, hot dogs and hamburgers.
