Is your pet furry, fluffy or charismatic?

Is Fido fit for a feather boa? Would your felines be hurt without the perfect Halloween outfit?

If you are shopping for a Halloween costume for your pet, the Northwest News & Tribune would love to check out your pet in costume before the upcoming holiday.

Send us pictures of your pet decked out in holiday gear for our Halloween Pets Costume contest.

Participants can submit photos in one of three ways: Post pictures at Northwest .tbo.com keyword Halloween Pets; e-mail them to jbalanza @tampatrib.com, or mail them to 5625 W. Waters Ave. Suite G., Tampa FL 33634.

Photos must be received by Oct. 21. Along with your pet's picture, please send in name of the pet and pet owner, address, contact number, e-mail address and approximate date the photo was taken. The contest is open to anyone living in the Citrus Park, Keystone, Town 'N Country or Westchase communities.

Pictures will be judged by our staff. Costume winners will be featured in our Oct. 31 publication under four categories: cutest, scariest, most original and funniest.
