Art Gallery Opens At Library

WESTCHASE- Mosaicist Bérangère Kinsey is displaying his art at the Upper Tampa Bay Library beginning Jan. 3.
Hillsborough County Public Library Cooperative is hosting an art gallery opening and reception from 6-8 p.m. at 11211 Countryway Blvd.
Kinsey, a french native, is a self-taught mosaicist who uses computer technology to create her works of art.
