An Anniversary Celebration

WESTCHASE - The Upper Tampa Bay Regional Library recently celebrated its three-year anniversary.

The celebration at 11211 Countryway Blvd., consisted of children's activities, storytelling, crafts and birthday cake.

In addition to hosting the celebration, the library also featured throughout December seven works of Harry Potter art, illustrated by Mary GrandPre. The artist illustrated all of the American editions of the Harry Potter novels.
