Social Opens Westpark Center

WESTCHASE - Residents of the Westpark Preserve town home community in Westchase recently celebrated the opening of their new amenities center by holding an ice cream social.

The center includes a community swimming pool and covered cabana with restrooms for residents and their guests, according to a news release from Pulte Homes, developer of the project.

The gated community on Linebaugh Avenue is more than 85 percent sold out, the developer states, adding that only homes from the Bay Series, featuring three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, remain available at prices from $204,900.

Bay Series town homes include the 1,715-square-foot Montenero and the 1,580-square-foot Milan.

Both have vaulted ceilings and triple sliding-glass doors opening to a covered, screened lanai. The Milan includes a one-car attached garage. The Montenero has a two-car garage. Located upstairs in both are master suites with private baths, plus secondary bedrooms.
