Leto High's Deering to check out UNC

Leto Hight running back Jeremy Deering will take his second official visit next month.

Deering will visit the University of North Carolina on Nov. 15. The Tar Heels were one of many colleges that sent coaches to watch Deering in action Friday night against Newsome.

The Falcons senior leader, who has more than 20 Division I offers, took his first official visit to Purdue last month. Deering's produced back-to-back 1,000 yard season for the Falcons. So far this year, Deering has rushed for 571 yards and three touchdowns and also has 249 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
