The Town 'N Country Garden Circle will honor veterans with a Rose Bowl-type float in the Tampa Bay Veterans Day Parade on Nov. 7.
The float will have live plants and flowers provided and decorated by circle members. Circle member Linda Mann is in charge of the float.

Holiday harvest
Nine circle members have been making crafts for months to sell at the Tampa Garden Club's Holiday Harvest from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 12 at the club's headquarters, 2629 Bayshore Blvd.
The event will include many vendors, plus the 11 circles that comprise the Tampa Garden Club. Town 'N Country circle member Barbara Beauregard is chairing the project. For information on the Holiday Harvest, visit flgc.esiteasp.com/ tampagardenclub/home.nxg.
The circle will also be at Incarnation Catholic Church's craft festival Saturday and Sunday. The church is at 5124 Gateway Drive.

Monthly meeting
Pat O'Shea, a master gardener, will present a program on "High Color/Low Maintenance" at the circle's monthly meeting at noon Nov. 4 at the Town 'N Country Recreation Center, 6039 Hanley Road. For information, call (813) 884-3462.
